Where our products come from?

All our products are manufactured, handcrafted and produced in Italy. A ‘Made in Italy’ product is required to have been created and finally assembled in. It is considered ‘Made in Italy’ products, those products that are create and final assembled in Italy and 75% of the material is processed in Italy. In some special cases some products will contain more then 25% of material processed outside of Italy. In these case they supplier will put a notice. It doesn’t influence the ‘Made in Italy’ criteria if the raw material is not ‘Made in Italy’.

Where are we located?

We have the HQ in London, the main operations officein Rome, an and then branches in the majorities of the countries where we sell.

If an item has been removed that was online, can I still order it?

No, if we have removed an item that means we have sold out and our manufactures are no longer producing that particular item.

If a product is currently out of stock, how long will it take before it’s online?

All our products are handcrafted by skilled professionals so it will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the moment we place the order. If you are interested in a product that is currently out of stock, it's just a matter of sending us an e-mail and we will respond to your enquiry within 24-48 hours. 

I have sent an e-mail to and I have not yet received a response?

We do our best to respond to all our e-mails as soon as possible. If you have sent an e-mail and have not received a response within 48 hours please re send your e-mail. Please note we are based in Rome, Italy so there may be a time difference. We work 5 days a week and all e-mails received on a weekend or public holiday will be forwarded the following business day. 

Do your delivery costs incorporate taxes, duties or fees?

Only for EU destinations. For outside EU destinations it’s impossible to know exactly what all the import taxes, custom duties or fees. We do our best to calculate all of them, but in some cases the regulation could change and you will have to pay something extra. In this instance the customer will be responsible for paying the courier the cash amount when the goods are delivered. Please refer to taxes and duties in "Terms and Conditions" for further information.

How will I know the amount that I have been charged for delivery?

You will be able to see the cost of delivery charges at the commencement of checkout, this is prior to entering your details and finalizing payment.

How will I know if my order has been shipped for delivery?

All orders take approximately 24 to 48 hours to be processed. If the product is in stock it will be sent out immediately. If it has to be produced it could take from 2 to 3 weeks. When ready you will be notified via e-mail and supplied with a tracking number so you can check the status of your order on line. Please refer to shipping and delivery for further information.

What couriers do you use?

After much research our preferred couriers are DHL and FEDEX. You can choose either.

Will I be charged separate delivery costs for each item I order?

No, you will be charged one shipping amount. For example if you place an order for one or more items then the system will automatically calculate the weight and dimensions of all items and select the appropriate parcel and cost associated. 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered to my door?

Please refer to "Terms and Conditions". Please note they are estimates only and should be used as a guide.

Can I have my order delivered to another address which is different to my billing address?

Yes, when you place your order you will have an option to enter another address where you prefer to have your parcel delivered. We recommend that you enter an address where someone will be home to sign for your order. 

Can I use my credit card to purchase items?

Yes, you can pay for items with your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) directly on our website (with SSL protection) or using your PayPal peronal account. We chose PayPal as it’s safer, easy way to pay. Please refer to PayPal website for more information.

If I am dissatisfied with the product can I return it for a refund?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product you can return the product within 14 working days of receipt of your delivery. Please refer to "Terms and Conditions" for further information.
